Shipping

We make every effort to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt and will contact you if your shipment should be delayed for any reason. We reserve the right to choose the best means to ship and we ship worldwide. Within the Lower 48 States and Canada, we use USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail and Expedited (Overnight) services. We also use UPS & Fedex ground, 3, 2 and 1 Day services. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and other offshore & international locations, and expedited shipments usually go air. All orders ship FOB Factory from Central Oregon

Cancellations

Please call should wish to cancel or revise an order after it’s been placed but not yet shipped. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Any and all charges incurred before an order is cancelled or revised must be paid.

Warranties & Repairs

We warranty our products and will repair or replace any which you receive with manufacturing defects. That includes imprint errors made by us. We accept claims made within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.

Returns

To avoid delay, confusion and unneeded expense, please call BEFORE returning anything. We can often resolve many questions and concerns over the phone.

Please include your name, return address, phone, email, date, product description and reason when returning an item. Returns for other than defects, must be pre-approved by NapaView and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
